Make more of why a user would want to convert a PDF to JPG. It's not immediately obvious.

Have the ability to set the size of the image file during conversion. ie shrink the file size to create a thumbnail

because I use it with a portable viewer, Give it the option to rotate the final output 90 degrees so I can read it easier and larger.

make default path to install under program files & not root of the C. Also make registration process easier.
